Restaurant RJ has undergone a major facelift and has been remodeled into an atmospheric culinary restaurant in 2021. To strengthen our team we are still looking for a Chef de Partie.

We are looking for people with passion for the profession. Every day working with the finest and best products that is something we stand for. Chef de Partie
As Chef de Partie you are in charge of your own partie. You put the menus together with the chef and the team. You are responsible for the end products. Are you a driven chef de partie with passion for the profession and do you strive for perfection? Then apply now!

What do we expect from you:

• MBO 3-4 level / HBO working and thinking level.
• Previous experience within the hospitality industry at reputable restaurant desired
• The knowledge to put together a menu
• Knowledge of sourcing (daily fresh) products/ingredients
